Through our Sattvika Healing method, we work at “Identifying and solving the emotional trauma behind the manifestation of the condition in the body or mind”, an imperative step within the healing process.

To accomplish this work, Sattvika Healing integrates the ancient knowledge and wisdom drawn from Ayurveda, several areas of medical specialization recognized scientific research and elements of the universe. We now have proof that information about memories, emotions, and experiences is present at the cellular level and gets stored (dumped!) in our body if not processed.

This profound and unique concept is a blend that sums up over 40 years of work on mind, emotions, and practical expertise in "somatic bodywork" using the language of the energy field, including diverse modalities of Medical Intuitive, Bioenergy, Transgenerational Analysis, Intuitive Physiognomy reading, and Family Constellations. This helps to understand why there is always a strong link which co-exists between physical-mental-emotional parts and difficulties in certain areas of life.

When our conscious mind disconnects from this information relegating it to the body, we lose consciousness of it and our bodies become affected. The reason is that one is unable to provide the needed solutions which require the participation of our mind and decisions on different levels. Many therapists out there either have expertise in the Mind, Emotions, or knowledge of the Bodywork with anatomy and physiology which is insufficient to address the pain, condition, or behavior manifested within our physicality or mental state. The Sattvika Healing approach to healing is uniquely integrative, aligning as needed by the body with the emotions and the mind in order to bring about and recover the lost balance and health. This combines all of these elements into one and offers something which is effective, non-invasive, easily accessible, natural, and safe.

During each Sattvika Healing consultation, the therapist may facilitate, activate, and support the journey of healing which entails bringing the client's attention to the emotions buried in their body that is causing distress and/or dysfunction. This deep and profound process implies moving and shifting the emotions from the body to the level of mind and heart in order to recognise and work through the unresolved frozen pain, to restore the body to its original form and well-being. After each consultation, the Sattvika therapist may advise a specific type of somatic work that will be unique to the current condition.
