Refund & Cancellation Policy

We will try to accommodate students who may have any special request although please note that there is no guaranty of this. Please note that unless one week’s notice for cancellation is received in writing the fee paid is non-refundable. The Cancellation charge of £75.00 will be applied to any refunds made. If any students have any special request then you MUST enquire with us prior to booking the course. Once the fee is paid then our non-refundable policy will strictly apply. Strictly no refunds will be made once the student has attended the training in part or in full.

Postpone Policy

Any Postponement will be completely free only when the notice is given 7 day prior to the training. If the notice is given less than one week then postponing the dates will incur £75 charge.
