Yes, all our intensive training courses are accredited by the COMPLEMENTARY MEDICAL ASSOCIALTION (CMA) and carry Continuing Professional Development hours/points.

Our intensive training courses are between one to three days plus another additional day for the written and practical exam.

We will love if you make us part of your journey. We will be there at every step you need guiding you to complete your case studies and exam. Exams takes place after you have submitted your case studies. To complete this you have minimum of 12 weeks to 52 weeks. All this information is detailed on each training course page.

You do not receive a Diploma at the end of the training. You will be awarded the LCICI Diploma once you have passed the Diploma exam (both written and practical parts) and have had your Case Study material reviewed and accepted. At the end of the training course, you will be presented with a signed Attendance Certificate.

From the end of the training day to the day of the Diploma exam, students take a minimum of three months and, on average, four to five months to complete their case and home studies. Some students take longer than this. It is not unknown for someone to return to take the refresher training and then a take their exam if they have left it for 1 year. However, most people find it works better for them to start their practice as soon as possible after attending the training.

If you want to use the massage to help friends and family, you do not necessarily need to sit and pass the Diploma exam. You can simply attend the scheduled training days. However, if you wish to practice professionally — in order to receive insurance cover, you MUST present a Diploma in your name from the Centre to a reputable insurance broker. Ultimately, the choice is yours.

Students receive group-based instruction, followed by individual tuition when necessary, during the training days. Training takes place in the main teaching room when the class is full, or there will be other available rooms to carry out the scheduled training. Close to or in the room the bags and coats may be kept. There is one WC, and a mini pantry with a kettle, mini fridge and a microwave.
